Updates from the City of West Union
Community Income Survey
The City of West Union is excited to share some news about an upcoming community betterment initiative! The City will be conducting a community income survey during the months of November and December; which will assist with grant writing opportunities for improvements within our community. Letters will soon be in your mailbox to all community members regarding household information. This information will be used to determine potential eligibility for grant programs or assistance for residents of West Union. Completion of the survey responses should take just a few minutes. This data will be compiled and reviewed by Upper Explorerland Regional Planning Commission (UERPC), keeping the information completely anonymous.
The success of this community initiative relies upon your active participation! Please assist your city by providing responses to survey questions. Your local point of contact for further details is City Administrator, Amie Johansen (563) 422-3908 or [email protected]. With your strong support and feedback, together we can make our community better!
Winter Ordinances
The City of West Union encourages residents and businesses to review the winter ordinance details available below, on the cityβs official website, or contact the West Union Police Department for any clarifications. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and together, we can make this winter season safer for everyone in West Union.
